All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitoring and controlling deployment of brand-new vehicles (0km) and demobilization of vehicles scheduled for replacement. Monitoring and managing all maintenance-related activities for vehicles (e.g., contacting suppliers, receiving quotations, system data entry, communicating status updates to drivers and managers). Monitoring and tracking traffic violations committed by drivers (e.g., extracting reports from traffic fine portals, sending links to customers, updating e\-mails linked to fleet license plates). Releasing reserve vehicles. Managing and requesting documents from drivers involved in traffic accidents or incidents. Contacting third-party drivers to explain Movida’s internal procedures and provide status updates. Direct coordination with internal departments responsible for handling customer requests.
