Job Summary: Assist in the control, organization, and movement of goods in a warehouse, ensuring product flow and supply chain continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of workplace cleanliness and safety **Job Mission:** Support warehouse or distribution center activities related to the control, organization, and movement of goods, aiming to ensure proper inbound and outbound product flow and efficient supply chain operations. **Job Responsibilities:** * **Goods Receiving:** Assist in unloading products and materials using pallet jacks. Verify received items against invoices and purchase orders to ensure product integrity and quantity. (Broker) * + **Organization and Storage:** Organize goods in the warehouse logically and accessibly, complying with safety regulations. Identify and label products to facilitate access and inventory control. (Broker) * **Order Picking and Dispatch:** Pick products according to customer orders or work instructions, verifying item accuracy. Prepare goods for dispatch by packing and labeling per specifications. * **Inventory Control:** Assist in periodic inventory audits and stock control, identifying discrepancies and reporting damaged or missing items. Conduct stock counts by location, verifying batch numbers, expiry dates, and quantities to maintain accuracy. * **Warehouse Cleaning and Organization:** Maintain a clean and organized workplace to support safety and warehouse efficiency. Align pallets, organize fractional boxes, and comply with safety standards when handling products and equipment. * **Pallet Loading:** Load packaged goods onto pallets according to customer requirements and delivery sequence, optimizing delivery process efficiency. * Pick materials according to each customer’s load definition. * Build each customer’s load, ensuring all items are verified. * Perform stock counts using data collectors and record batch, expiry date, and quantity information. * Package fractional goods per specific customer requirements. * Pick products while maintaining storage location organization and respective expiry date grouping
