**JOB OPENING: Draftsman** **Location:** Must reside in Mariana/MG **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Technical Course in Surveying, Building Construction, or related fields; * Experience with **CIVIL-3D and Topograph** software; * Knowledge of **surveying** and hands-on experience in **earthwork measurement**; * Ability to read **earthwork, civil, and mechanical** project drawings. **Responsibilities:** \- Assist in project coordination and research of materials and new technologies required for project development; \- Interpret technical standards according to the service area and/or client specifications (scale, line weight, and format); \- Perform volume and cross-section calculations; \- Prepare preliminary designs and review sketches thereof; \- Conduct preliminary sizing of structures and installations; \- Create 3D models; \- Archive documents related to project development; \- Critically analyze own outputs and make technical decisions jointly with the team and the client. **BENEFITS:** * Transportation and meals; * Health and dental insurance plans; * **Welhub (Gympass)**.
