




**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday — 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service provider — legal entity * Manage store processes and personnel; * Recruit resumes and conduct interviews; * Develop and implement strategies and initiatives for team training, development, and motivation; * Keep the team updated on internal processes and company guidelines; * Continuously align the team with sales guidelines/strategies; * Conduct sales and provide support to the commercial team; * Serve customers in person; * Serve customers via inbound channels; * Proactively prospect clients using the CRM tool; * Prospect new clients externally via PAP (door-to-door) activities at strategic locations; * Monitor/register local clients in the CRM to build a client portfolio; * Monitor registration of new proposals in the system; * Monitor client portfolios for future prospecting/sales; * Monitor rejected applications from the analysis desk for possible re-evaluation; * Collaborate with the regional office to track sales origination; * Send invoices to clients after sales are finalized; * Participate in store action planning together with the regional office; * Follow sales guidelines provided by the regional office; * Track progress toward goal achievement; * Provide feedback to the team; * Conduct post-sales follow-up with clients; * Purchase consumables, office supplies, and cleaning items for the unit; * Send physical copies of contracts and invoices to Head Office; * Prepare financial reporting for the unit; * Collaborate with the regional office on marketing initiatives (once per month); * Monitor store delinquency; * Assist in maintaining the store’s appearance and presentation. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. * **Benefits:** No benefit specified
