Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and controlling the vehicle fleet, managing maintenance, monitoring traffic violations, and coordinating the release of reserve vehicles. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and control of zero-kilometer vehicle fleet 2. Maintenance management and supplier relationship management 3. Traffic violation monitoring and vehicle release Monitoring and control of zero-kilometer vehicle deployment, and decommissioning of vehicles to be replaced. Monitoring and execution of actions related to all vehicles under maintenance. (Contact with suppliers, receipt of quotations, system entry, contact with drivers and managers to inform status). Monitoring and tracking of traffic violations committed by drivers (Extracting reports from the traffic fine portal, sending links to the client, updating emails associated with fleet license plates). Release of reserve vehicles. Control and request for documents from drivers involved in incidents and traffic accidents. Contact with third-party drivers to explain Movida's internal procedures and update status. Direct contact with internal departments responsible for handling client requests.
