Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for fleet and vehicle monitoring and control, including implementation, maintenance, traffic violations, and accidents, as well as communication with clients and suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Fleet and vehicle monitoring and control 2. Maintenance management and coordination with suppliers 3. Traffic violation and accident monitoring Monitoring and control of new vehicle implementations and decommissioning of vehicles to be replaced. Monitoring and handling of all vehicles under maintenance (contact with suppliers, receipt of quotations, system entry, communication with drivers and managers to inform status). Monitoring and tracking of traffic violations committed by drivers (extracting reports from the traffic fine portal, sending links to the client, updating emails associated with fleet license plates). Release of reserve vehicles. Control and request for documents from drivers involved in traffic accidents and incidents. Contact with third-party drivers to explain Movida's internal procedures and update status. Direct contact with internal departments responsible for client-requested coordination. Receipt of rental and additional charge measurements for analysis and forwarding to the client.
