Development of employee onboarding and offboarding processes **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Law, or related fields; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Willingness to travel if required. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES**: * Payroll closing; hiring and termination; electronic time tracking control; vacation control; monitoring and implementing labor union collective bargaining agreements; * Serve as the main contact point for external accounting; * Support employees, including remote workers, via WhatsApp and other communication channels; * Assist the legal team in defending labor lawsuits; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and LGPD as applied to HR data; * Map current (manual) processes and propose implementation of an integrated HR/HR department system; * Design onboarding and offboarding pathways; * Support recruitment and selection processes.
