Job Summary: The Heavy and Semi-Heavy Fleet Maintenance Analyst will analyze non-conformities, propose corrective and preventive actions, and maintain operational control of the fleet. Monitor fleet availability and control maintenance. Job Description: Position: Maintenance Analyst – Heavy and Semi-Heavy Fleet. Main Responsibilities: Analyze non-conformities identified in operations and propose corrective and preventive actions. Maintain contact with employees, customers, and suppliers to ensure operational alignment. Update spreadsheets and operational indicators (KPIs), monitoring unit performance. Record purchase orders, invoices, and other information in the system. Ensure compliance of operational resources, including drivers, vehicles, and equipment. Monitor fleet availability, controlling preventive and corrective maintenance. Issue CT-e and manage fleet traffic fines. Provide support to management activities when required. Update operational controls and reports, ensuring data reliability. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in logistics, transportation, or operations. Technical knowledge of trucks, light vehicles, and/or forklifts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and the Internet.
