Description: * Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering; * Experience in short-term mining planning processes, interaction with surveying, plan adherence and execution, and measurement closure. * Experience with software: Deswik, Datamine Studio OP/EPS or similar; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Weekly operational plans; * Creation and implementation of polygons; * Development of mining sequence and waste dump placement; * DMT calculations; * Calculation of fleet production capacity; * Pit and phase designs, deposit layouts, access roads, or other related projects; * Measurement of masses and volumes for internal monthly closures and for contractors; * Monthly and weekly monitoring of mine geometry and waste dump deposits; * Weekly and monthly production and stockpile reports; * Daily production monitoring; * Meetings supporting operational teams; * Ensuring plans are executed according to requirements and in alignment with the plant’s production planning; * Developing and presenting the mine’s medium-term (up to 18 months) mining sequence and associated waste dump plans, specifying mass, grades, haul distances, and fleet and equipment sizing; * Collaborating directly with the geology team to ensure expected outcomes; * Executing the sequencing of the annual production schedule; * Monitoring adherence to monthly, quarterly, and annual production plans; * Monitoring mining activities, production data, and quality of produced ores; * Verifying compliance with mining plans through reconciliation and reporting mine production data. 2511290202181894543
