Ensure the quality and presentation of meals served to customers. Maintain the kitchen in an orderly and clean condition, complying with food hygiene and safety guidelines. Manage ingredient inventory and place purchase orders when necessary. Previous experience as a Cook, Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
