Job Summary: We are seeking a first-class mason to perform complex construction, renovation, and maintenance tasks, including team supervision and blueprint interpretation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution of complex masonry and ornamental works. 2. Supervision and coordination of work teams. 3. Interpretation of blueprints and technical specifications. First-class mason position for Lanzarote Island. Tasks include executing complex works such as wall construction, façades, arches, vaults, pavements, and ornamental details. Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications will be required to organize daily tasks. Responsibilities also include preparing mortars, concrete, and other mixtures. The role involves laying bricks, blocks, tiles, paving stones, and decorative elements. Additionally, the candidate will supervise and coordinate the work of second-class masons and laborers, ensuring team quality and efficiency. This position entails renovation, refurbishment, and maintenance work on buildings and urban furniture. Compliance with safety regulations and proper use of tools and equipment must also be ensured. Auxiliary tasks for other trades—such as plumbers or electricians—will be performed, including cutting grooves for pipes and other related duties.
