Job Summary: Assist in store operations, including storage, merchandise preparation, organization, pricing, and customer service, with department rotation for professional development. Development of skills and business acumen through department rotation **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in merchandise storage, preparation for the sales floor, and product tagging; * Support department organization, pricing, and cleaning, as well as customer service; * Verify merchandise inflow and outflow in the fitting room area, observing the established item limit; * Support Visual Merchandising (VM) activities, participating in table and window display organization according to guidelines and campaigns. * Work across departments on a rotational basis to enhance overall business understanding, develop new skills, and build a solid foundation for future opportunities within the company. * Contribute to an organized and collaborative work environment.
