Job Summary: Logistics Operator to work on a Mobile Unit, driving vehicles and a multidisciplinary team while ensuring communication of incidents occurring along the route. Key Highlights: 1. As a Logistics Operator, you will work alongside our Mobile Unit team, carrying out the following processes: Drive small- and medium-sized vehicles to transport the multidisciplinary team to service locations, complying with traffic legislation, internal company policies and procedures, and those of our clients; Conduct vehicle inspection prior to commencing work; Maintain safe vehicle and equipment operation, implementing preventive measures as outlined in manuals and regulations; Execute daily assigned routes across various regions; Support vehicle maintenance and upkeep to preserve fleet condition and appearance; **Ensure timely reporting of incidents occurring along the route:** accidents, collisions, and others. **What we seek:** Driver's license category C-D or E; Availability for extended travel assignments of at least 90 consecutive days away from home; Proven professional experience in this field; Computer literacy; Knowledge of automotive maintenance; Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (strong verbal presentation); Completed high school education. **It would also be advantageous if you have:** Experience in occupational health or related fields. **Here’s what we offer:** Competitive remuneration: R$3.173,68 + travel allowance; **Meal Allowance:** R$22.00 per working day (no deductions); **DENTALUNI:** Dental plan with no monthly fee, no co-payment, and no waiting period after completion of probationary period; **Mihmo App:** Free telemedicine consultations with our team of psychologists, nutritionists, physical educators, and family physicians; Birthday Day Off; SESC membership benefits; Transportation voucher (6% payroll deduction); CLT position – 100% on-site – immediate start!
