Job Summary: Professional responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, providing technical support and performing diagnostics on fiber optic networks. Installation and maintenance of FTTX and radio network equipment **Job Description:** ---------------------- Meet goals and performance indicators assigned to you; Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of radio-based internet, telephony, and fiber optic equipment; Provide technical support and configure equipment for customers; Perform diagnostics and resolve issues in fiber optic networks; Carry out installations, configurations, and maintenance of equipment installed on internet towers; Perform work at heights, correctly using PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); Perform low-voltage electrical installations and adaptations to ensure connectivity; Install, configure, test, and maintain cables, hardware, active and passive network components, as well as FTTX and radio network equipment; Retrieve equipment and materials from inactive customers; Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, uniforms, and safety equipment; Support the development and execution of installation projects; Adhere to Compliance standards, Code of Ethics, and internal policies; Serve internal and external stakeholders; Travel when required; Perform other related duties as needed. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education; Technical experience in telecommunications is desirable; Driver's license category B; Required certifications/knowledge: o NR10; o NR35\. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Logical reasoning; Strong verbal communication skills; Systemic thinking; Organization and discipline; Good interpersonal skills; **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- INDIFFERENT **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance Starbem \- Telehealth and Well-being Services Day off Group life insurance Corporate University \- Mhnet Ensina Internet discount after probation period Transportation allowance Wellhub (Gympass) **Work Location:** ---------------------- FLORIANOPOLIS/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday: 08:00–12:00 and 13:30–17:30; Saturday: 08:00–12:00 **Additional Information:** --------------------------- On-site position available in Florianópolis.
