Main Responsibilities * Support the issuance and tracking of purchase requests and orders; * Conduct quotations with suppliers, analyzing prices, delivery timelines, and terms; * Assist in negotiating raw materials, services, and supplies; * Monitor purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and compliance; * Verify documentation for supplier registration and updates; * Maintain updated controls, spreadsheets, and information in the system; * Address internal requests by providing support to requesting departments; * Organize physical and digital files for the department. Education * Completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate degree (preferably in Administration, Logistics, or related fields). Experience * Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative routines will be considered a plus. Technical Competencies * Basic knowledge of purchasing and order control; * Fundamental ability to analyze costs and proposals; * Proficiency in ERP systems and data/document organization.
