Responsibilities: * Conduct inspections in hallways, courtyards, and building facilities, checking cleaning needs, repairs, and operational conditions of elevators, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and other equipment; * Supervise and ensure hygiene of premises and facilities, guaranteeing the building remains clean and organized; * Perform general maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and fuses, carrying out minor repairs, or requesting technicians for major repairs; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, maintaining quiet during appropriate hours and preventing improper use of facilities; * Receive, verify, and distribute consumable and cleaning supplies, ensuring proper storage of items; * Monitor loading and unloading of goods to prevent theft and irregularities; * Carry out other job-related tasks as directed by supervisors.
