Job Summary: Support various network and fiber optic infrastructure activities, electrical installations, and maintenance, ensuring target achievement and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in various network and fiber optic infrastructure activities. 2. Support in electrical installations and equipment maintenance. 3. Work focused on safety and achievement of targets. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Support the achievement of departmental goals and indicators; Assist in equipment removal from customers; Perform work at heights, correctly using PPEs and collective protective measures; Carry out electrical installations and support network infrastructure activities; Install, test, and maintain cables, hardware, active and passive components in FTTX networks; Support data center installation and maintenance; Support construction, repair, and maintenance of fiber optic networks; Support assembly and maintenance of CEO, CTO, and DIO; Remove deactivated cables from the network; Perform pole climbing, tree pruning, and structural adjustments; Assist in fiber splicing, cable preparation, fiber alignment, and optical enclosures; Respond to fiber optic cable breaks; Support customer activation and maintenance; Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment; Work on on-call duty as required; Operate company vehicles with care and responsibility; Manage and support material and equipment movement, registration, and inventory; Serve internal and external customers while complying with safety, compliance, and code of ethics requirements; **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed elementary education; No prior experience required; Driver's license category B; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Basic understanding of fiber optic network infrastructure and topology; NR10 and NR35 certifications (or willingness to obtain them). **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance Starbem \- Telehealth and Well-being Services Day off Group life insurance Corporate University \- Mhnet Ensina Internet discount after probation period Transportation allowance Wellhub (Gympass) **Work Location:** ---------------------- FLORIANOPOLIS/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday **Additional Information:** --------------------------- 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday
