Job Summary: We are seeking a Building Technician to develop architectural, structural, and installation projects, contributing to efficient solutions and process standardization. Key Highlights: 1. Technical analysis and development of solutions for buildings. **Building Technician – Project Development** We are looking for a **Building Technician** with experience in **developing architectural, structural, and/or installation projects** to join our team. We seek an organized, detail-oriented individual committed to technical quality and compliance with applicable standards. This position plays a key role in developing solutions and projects that meet customer and internal department needs, contributing to efficiency, accuracy, and standardization of company processes. **Responsibilities** * Develop and support the preparation of building projects in accordance with current standards and technical requirements. * Prepare floor plans, sections, elevations, descriptive memoranda, quantity take-offs, and other documents required for the project. * Assist in developing complementary projects (architectural, structural, plumbing and sanitation, fire prevention, etc.), as defined by scope. * Conduct technical surveys, measurements, and support organizing information for projects. * Interpret technical standards, urban legislation, municipal requirements, and those of competent authorities. * Update and revise existing projects to ensure compliance with applicable standards and guidelines. * Collaborate with internal teams and clients on technical analysis and development of building-related solutions. * Organize and maintain up-to-date technical files, ensuring standardization and version control. **Qualifications** * Technical education in Building Construction or related fields, with active registration where required. * Proven experience in developing building projects (residential, commercial, or similar). * Knowledge and hands-on experience with drafting and modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalents. * Familiarity with technical standards applicable to civil construction and municipal regulations (e.g., building codes and ABNT standards in the field). * Ability to interpret technical documentation and produce detailed drawings. **Working Hours and Employment Type** * **CLT – Full-time** * **40-hour workweek**, Monday through Friday, at our office located in the Itacorubi neighborhood – Florianópolis/SC. * **Salary commensurate with the role.** **How to Apply** Resumes may be submitted directly via **Indeed or by email: contato@claraengenharia.com.br** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance
