Opportunity to interface with various internal departments **Main Activities and Responsibilities** **Commercial Area Support** * Support estimators in controlling, organizing, and tracking commercial proposals; * Organize commercial requests, deadlines, and statuses of ongoing quotations; * Ensure technical and commercial information is complete and accurate before submission to customers. **Customer Relationship and Communication** * Proactively contact customers to: * Gather feedback on quotations; * Track submitted proposals; * Clarify commercial and operational questions; * Conduct commercial follow-up, keeping customers informed about deadlines, progress, and next steps; * Record customer interactions and responses in internal systems. **Order and Systems Management** * Enter approved orders into company systems; * Verify commercial data, negotiated terms, deadlines, and tax information; * Support the organization of the order portfolio and service priorities. **Internal Department Interface** * Interact with the following departments: * **Production**, to align deadlines and capacity; * **Purchasing**, to support material information and lead times; * **Logistics**, to monitor delivery and shipping deadlines; * Ensure alignment between what was sold and what will be produced/delivered. **Organization and Control** * Support updating spreadsheets, reports, and commercial area indicators; * Maintain organized documentation (proposals, orders, contracts, and communications); * Support improvements in commercial and internal communication processes. **Desired Profile** * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Ability to interact effectively with diverse departments; * Collaborative mindset with a process-oriented vision (from quotation to delivery); * Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in metallurgical, metalworking, or capital goods industries; * Experience with quotation, order, and commercial follow-up routines; * Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite; * Basic understanding of production and logistics processes.
