Marista Escola Social São José is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Inclusion Teacher to join our high school team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about teaching, possess in-depth knowledge of inclusion, and be capable of inspiring and engaging students in subject learning. Responsibilities include: * Monitor attendance of inclusion students and class schedules, with a weekly workload of 30 hours * Review classroom-taught material with individual students experiencing learning difficulties * Accompany and supervise students during field trips and school activities * Ensure classrooms are safe and organized prior to the start of classes * Help students adapt, learn, and socialize; report any behavioral issues to teachers * Develop assessments and activities that promote student understanding * Encourage active student participation in classroom discussions and activities * Provide individualized guidance and support to students as needed * Stay up to date on best teaching practices and recent advances in inclusive education * Attend pedagogical meetings and collaborate with other faculty members **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or related field (postgraduate qualification in inclusive education is considered an advantage) * Prior experience supporting high school inclusion students * Up-to-date knowledge of topics and recent advances in inclusive education * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students * Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and student needs * Commitment to quality education and student development Additional Information We have a significant presence in 78 countries.
