Job Summary: Coordinate, guide, and monitor the pedagogical work of Elementary School II teachers, planning and overseeing pedagogical actions aligned with the institution's educational project. Analysis of educational indicators and assessment results **\- Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, guide, and monitor the pedagogical work of Elementary School II teachers; * Plan, implement, and monitor pedagogical actions aligned with the institution's political-pedagogical project; * Monitor students' academic performance and propose pedagogical intervention strategies when necessary; * Conduct pedagogical meetings, class councils, and ongoing professional development sessions for teaching staff; * Support teachers in lesson planning, learning assessment, and classroom management; * Analyze educational indicators and results from internal and external assessments; * Ensure curriculum implementation, adherence to educational guidelines, and compliance with current legal regulations; * Collaborate closely with school administration, educational guidance, and other school departments; * Participate in communication with families on pedagogical matters, as needed. **\- What qualifications are required to apply?** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy, Languages, or a related field; * Postgraduate degree in Education; * In-depth knowledge of Elementary School II; * Prior experience in pedagogical coordination, supervision, or educational leadership; * Solid understanding of pedagogical practices, learning assessment, and educational management; * Demonstrated pedagogical leadership, conflict mediation skills, and capacity to develop teaching teams; * Proactive, committed, analytical, and pedagogically oriented professional with effective oral and written communication skills.
