Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Technical Insurance Assistant to join a reputable brokerage firm, responsible for issuing, tracking, and handling insurance quotations and policies, as well as managing diverse tasks. We are looking for a Technical Insurance Assistant to join the team of a reputable brokerage firm located in the city center of Florianópolis, SC. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issue insurance quotations according to the contracted coverage and register them in the management system. * Read, reply to, and forward emails related to departmental activities. * Assist internal sales representatives, independent agents, and insurance companies. * Receive, transmit, and send insurance quotations according to specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) per insurance line. * Track quotation pending items with insurance companies. * Register and automate quotations in the system and physical files. * Monitor issuance, receipt, and registration/automation of policies. * Send quotations, payment slips (boletos), policies, and documents to insured parties via email and WhatsApp. * Track payment clearance of the first installment with Excelsior insurance company. * Verify data in agency reporting reports. * Execute bank debit instructions and issue/register payment slips (boletos). * Monitor insurance-related tasks via Workflow system. * Process life insurance renewals in the management system. * Correct items in insurance companies’ commission rejection reports. * Follow operational procedures and review improvements with the manager. * Participate in training sessions on products and benefits. * Participate in performance evaluations with the manager. **Requirements:** * Experience in policy issuance at brokerage firms and insurance companies. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity and ability to work independently. * Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Commercial Management or related fields is a plus. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$1\.935,00 * Transportation Allowance or fuel reimbursement * Meal Allowance: R$39,50 per day (Swile card) * Life insurance * Home insurance * Unimed Health Plan (50% employer-paid) * Metlife Dental Plan (optional) * SESC and educational institution partnerships offering discounts. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM\. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
