As a Warehouse Assistant, you will support daily warehouse operations by performing material control, verification, and handling activities under direct supervision, ensuring warehouse organization and inventory accuracy. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you on a daily basis:** * Assist in receiving materials, verifying them against invoices and purchase orders, and reporting discrepancies. * Organize materials on shelves according to instructions, ensuring accessibility and appropriate storage conditions. * Control material dispatches, recording movements in the inventory management system. * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to safety and preservation standards. * Assist in periodic inventory counts, reporting possible inconsistencies in records. * Support the picking and delivery of materials requested by internal departments. * Carry out tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures and supervisor instructions. * Collaborate with the team to identify material replenishment needs, contributing to inventory planning. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Prerequisites: Completion of Elementary School is desirable. Desirable: Completion of Warehouse or related field courses.
