




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional to handle prospecting and sales of the e-Condomínio system, customer support, and basic assistance, with a focus on expanding into condominiums in the region. Comprehensive training on the system About the Company The **e\-Condomínio** is a system developed to streamline package management and operational processes in condominiums, featuring a concierge mobile app and an administrative dashboard for building managers and property management companies. The platform enables package registration with photo capture, automatic association with residents, instant notifications, as well as real-time reporting and full management capabilities. We are currently expanding and seeking a proactive individual to directly handle sales and implementation of the system in regional condominiums. Responsibilities * Prospect and sell the system to condominiums * Engage in customer service and negotiations with building managers and property management companies * Conduct sales via: * WhatsApp * Telephone calls * Video calls * Deliver system presentations and demonstrations * Assist customers during initial platform usage * Create simple Instagram posts to promote the product * Provide basic customer support when needed (with technical team assistance) * Occasionally conduct in-person visits to condominiums in the Florianópolis region Requirements * Strong communication skills and aptitude for sales * Organizational skills and proactivity * Proficiency with technology and mobile applications * Basic knowledge of social media platforms (especially Instagram) * Ability to explain systems clearly and simply to customers Preferred Qualifications: * Experience selling software or technology solutions * Experience in the condominium or real estate market * Experience in customer service What We Offer * Dynamic and growing work environment * Opportunities for career advancement within the company * Comprehensive training on the system * Base salary \+ sales commission (to be negotiated) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Compensation: R$2\.060,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Sales (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
