Job Summary: We are seeking a Concierge to deliver high-standard service, providing personalized support and ensuring excellence for residents, guests, and visitors in luxury developments. Experience in luxury tourism and hospitality We are looking for a **Concierge** with experience in high-standard service to work in developments located in the southern coastal region of the country, with a focus on **Jurerê**, delivering outstanding, courteous, and professional service to residents, guests, and visitors. The professional will be responsible for delivering personalized support, providing tourist information, local guidance, organizing resident requests, and assisting with the development’s operational routines, ensuring differentiated service aligned with high-end developments. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide in-person and telephone support to residents, guests, and visitors * Provide regional tourist information, including tours, restaurants, services, and local events * Assist with reservations, scheduling, and special requests * Manage access control and support reception/security as needed * Patrol the development to identify service needs and opportunities for improvement * Support residential management with operational tasks related to service delivery * Maintain professional conduct, discretion, and excellence in public interaction * Proactively resolve requests and handle incidents **Mandatory Requirements** * Prior experience as a Concierge, Receptionist, Guest Service Agent, in Hospitality, or Premium Service * Experience in tourism, hospitality, or service delivery in coastal regions * Excellent verbal fluency * English (mandatory) * Spanish (mandatory) * Experience serving high-end clientele **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in high-end residential management * Experience in hotels, resorts, or luxury developments * Familiarity with the Balneário Camboriú, Jurerê, or southern coastal regions * Residential management professionals with strong public service experience and proficiency in English and Spanish are also encouraged to apply Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
