The Regional Offices serve as ACIF’s extension across Florianópolis’ six regions, working directly with local entrepreneurs to identify needs, strengthen businesses, and promote initiatives that accelerate the city’s economic development. If you enjoy working closely with people, building connections, and making a real impact in the business environment, this may be the right place for you. **Job Mission:** The Regional Consultant serves as the liaison between ACIF and the city’s various regions, identifying and addressing local demands. Your role is to promote regional economic development through engagement with entrepreneurs, volunteers, and partners; executing strategic projects; strengthening relationship networks; and creating opportunities that drive sustainable regional growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Management of Regional Demands:** Proactively identify the needs and challenges of each city region, ensuring personalized service and solutions aligned with local demands. **Management of Regional Projects:** Plan and execute projects focused on regional economic development, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and strengthening of the business network. **Stakeholder Relationship Management:** Maintain ongoing relationships with volunteers, members, entrepreneurs, and institutional partners, acting as a facilitator in communication between ACIF and local businesses. **Coordination with Entities and Partners:** Establish connections with entities, suppliers, and representative bodies aligned with the mission and projects developed by the Regional Offices. **Opportunity Development:** Identify business opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives that contribute to regional economic growth and strengthen the business environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields * Experience in project management, network coordination, or relationship management with diverse audiences * Experience with Google Workspace * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and engage effectively with multiple stakeholders **Behavioral Requirements** * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Systems thinking to address complex scenarios * Proactivity and organization * Adaptability to dynamic environments * Ability to build relationships and engage people * Tact and emotional intelligence when interacting with diverse audiences **You’ll Stand Out If You:** * Have prior experience in the third sector * Demonstrate ease and enthusiasm in confidently and balancedly engaging with people * Possess outstanding public speaking skills * Can tactfully, diplomatically, and persuasively overcome objections and challenges **Additional Information** **Additional Information** **Work Mode:** In-person **Remuneration:** R$ 4\.317,61 **Benefits:** * Meal and/or food allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance * Childcare assistance * Group life insurance * Birthday day off * Workplace gymnastics * Internal library * Fresh fruit in the office * Bonus for achieving goals We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where your skills will be developed and your professional growth accelerated.
