Your work will directly impact the efficiency and innovation of our products, contributing to RD’s sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities:** ------------------------ * Develop and enhance backend software solutions aligned with business and user needs; * Implement development best practices and agile methodologies to ensure quality and efficiency; * Conduct code reviews to maintain technical excellence in deliverables; * Collaborate in building projects that drive the company’s scalability and innovation; * Continuously explore new technologies and methodologies to improve operational efficiency. **Profile we seek:** ------------------------ * Solid expertise in Ruby on Rails and backend development; * Understanding of software architecture, APIs, and event-driven architecture; * Experience with engineering best practices such as SOLID principles, design patterns, and participation in code reviews; * Knowledge of transactional databases (SQL or NoSQL); **Nice-to-have qualifications:** ------------------------------------ * Experience with observability tools like Datadog; * Experience working in platform teams, system maintenance, or complex system migrations; * Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka, Pub/Sub, or similar technologies; * Experience with event-driven architecture; * Familiarity with other programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Node.js We are committed to protecting your data!
