Opportunity to work within a hotel chain **Job Description:** The Hanna Hotel Chain is seeking a **Building Maintenance Supervisor** to join our team. This professional will be responsible for coordinating maintenance team activities, ensuring that facilities and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the chain's quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Organize and assign daily tasks to the team according to hotel requirements. * Monitor service execution to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. * Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify repair or improvement needs. * Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Manage material inventory and request replenishments as needed. * Support the team in performing repairs and services when demand requires. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational best practices. * Maintain clear and prompt communication with other departments to address maintenance requests. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical training in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, or related fields is desirable). * Proven experience in leading maintenance teams. * Knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and minor repairs. * Skills in organization, communication, and problem solving. * Availability to work on rotating shifts and, when necessary, across different locations within the chain. **Desired Profile:** A **proactive**, **committed**, and **leadership-capable** professional who keeps the team motivated and ensures guests and staff enjoy a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * SESC membership; If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems, send us your resume and join our team!
