




### **JOB DESCRIPTION** We have an opportunity for a Hydrological Analyst or Engineer to work in consulting engineering, focusing on hydrology, hydraulics, urban drainage, water resources, and environmental studies, with active participation in the technical development of studies and projects at various levels of complexity. This position is open to professionals at the beginning or intermediate stage of their careers, with experience commensurate with the scope described. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation and review of studies, basic designs, executive designs, feasibility studies, and technical reports in consulting engineering; * Development and analysis of hydrological studies, including estimation of maximum, average, and minimum flow rates; * Construction, calibration, and analysis of hydrodynamic models in diverse contexts, with emphasis on dam breach studies, urban and riverine drainage; * Participation in studies related to the National Dam Safety Policy, including preparation of Emergency Action Plans (PAEs), Dam Safety Plans (PSBs), and Dam Safety Review Reports (RPSBs); * Preparation and analysis of cartographic products, environmental diagnostics, and watershed studies; * Technical support in interfacing with multidisciplinary teams and consolidating deliverables for clients and regulatory agencies. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering, Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in consulting engineering in the areas of water resources, drainage, and/or environment; * Experience with software including HEC\-RAS, HEC\-HMS, QGIS, and AutoCAD. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Demonstrated experience in hydrological, hydraulic, and drainage studies; * Knowledge of programming (Python, R, or similar) applied to engineering; * Familiarity with dam safety legislation and guidelines; * Proficiency in English and/or Spanish; ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Types:** CLT and PJ
