Mauro Ramos, 1\.562, Centro, Florianópolis–SC * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Working Hours: 08:12 to 18:00 (flexible schedule required) **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Prior experience recruiting operational and high-volume positions * Experience in selection processes within industrial, logistics, retail, or operational service environments is a plus * Familiarity with recruitment and selection tools and job posting platforms * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Post job openings on employment portals, social media, talent databases, and other attraction channels * Screen resumes and conduct individual interviews * Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and external recruitment initiatives * Maintain relationships with institutions, partners, and employment agencies * Develop and monitor recruitment and selection metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, conversion rate, etc.) * Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with process statuses * Support new employee onboarding * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire selection process **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Salary: R$ 2\.511,03 * Meal Allowance: R$ 28.50 per workday (20% deduction) * Transportation Allowance: (6% deduction) * Health Insurance (available after probation period) * Dental Insurance (available after probation period) * Productivity Bonus Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Psychology, Bachelor's Degree * Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree * Human Resource Management, Bachelor's Degree * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Productivity Bonus.
