Responsible for managing procurement, import, and export processes; negotiating with suppliers; and controlling logistical and fiscal aspects.

**Main Responsibilities (Procurement / Import / Export):**
* Monitor domestic and international procurement, import, and export processes;
* Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery terms, and quality;
* Administer contracts and supplier relationships;
* Control procurement requirements via ERP system, interfacing with production and warehouse departments;
* Verify procurement, import, and export documentation;
* Monitor logistical processes, delivery deadlines, and material flow;
* Control import and export expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
* Carry out tax refund procedures and request fiscal benefits;
* Prepare competitive analysis reports, expense reports, and performance reports;
* Request licenses and legal documents, and follow up on procedures with international trade consultants;
* Ensure adherence to deadlines in logistical and commercial matters.
**Education Requirements:**
* Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Production Management, or related fields.
**Required Knowledge & Skills:**
* Intermediate to fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) (mandatory);
* Knowledge of import and export procedures (mandatory);
* Experience in domestic and/or international procurement (mandatory);
* ERP system proficiency (mandatory);
* Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory);
* Basic understanding of taxation, negotiation, and financial mathematics (mandatory).
