Job Summary: Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the procurement process for merchandise, raw materials, and general-use supplies, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, quality, and deadlines. Ensures adequate store inventory Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the procurement process for merchandise, raw materials, food items, and general-use supplies for the supermarket. Focuses on cost-effectiveness, quality, and deadlines; maintains efficient supplier relationships; and ensures adequate store inventory in accordance with Super Magia’s standards and requirements. * Conduct price quotations, negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. * Analyze internal purchase requests and identify optimal market options. * Evaluate quality, origin, and regulatory compliance of purchased products. * Interface with suppliers, monitor deliveries, and maintain constant communication with the receiving department. * Populate and update internal procurement reports and controls. Work in compliance with quality, ethics, and efficiency standards. **Requirements:** * Experience: Proven experience in procurement (retail/supermarket). * Education: Completed high school. * Preferred Qualifications: Negotiation skills, proficiency in spreadsheets, and experience with commercial procurement workflows. Must reside in the northern region of the island (Canasvieiras, Ingleses, Vargem Grande, Rio Vermelho). **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (Monday to Saturday); * Employment type: Permanent CLT contract. * Location: Super Magia Supermarket – Canasvieiras, Florianópolis/SC. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (at accredited restaurants). * Transportation allowance. * 13th-month salary. * Overtime pay (where applicable). * Attendance bonus (basic food basket after 3 months of employment). * Purchase discount (after 3 months of employment). **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2.200,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Transportation allowance Experience: * Procurement (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
