Focus on meal quality and presentation A family residence in Jurerê Internacional is looking for a COOK with experience in home cooking, who is organized, meticulous, and committed to meal quality. It is not required to be a chef, but it is essential to know how to prepare various dishes, especially: * Moquecas; * Seafood-based dishes; * Special and distinctive meals; * Everyday meals with excellent presentation and flavor. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and prepare menus according to residents' instructions; * Prepare lunch, dinner, and occasional special meals; * Wash and sanitize food items and keep the kitchen organized; * Monitor food expiration dates and proper storage; * Prepare shopping lists when necessary; * Maintain cleanliness and proper care of kitchen utensils and equipment. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a domestic cook; * Knowledge of fish, seafood, and diverse cuisine preparation; * Organization, discretion, responsibility, and good personal presentation; * High school diploma preferred. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, during business hours; * Occasionally on Saturdays, with compensatory time off on another weekday; * Meals provided on-site. **Send CV to: rh@fmagrupo.com.br** Salary: R$2.500,00 - R$2.900,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
