We are a consulting firm specializing in talent recruitment and selection, and we are managing the selection process for the position of **Live Operator** at a cosmetics company specializing in feminine beauty products and body care, with strong presence in e\-commerce, social media, and marketplaces. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the technical and operational quality of live broadcasts, contributing to an engaging shopping experience and the company's commercial results. We seek a committed, proactive professional with a strong sense of responsibility and agility to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. **Responsibilities** * Operate the company's live broadcasts on TikTok / Shopee platforms; * Control camera and scene switching during live streams; * Initiate, monitor, and end live broadcasts; * Ensure audio, video, and lighting quality throughout the entire live stream; * Configure and operate equipment such as cameras, switchers (ATEM/OBS), and other studio devices; * Support hosts during live broadcasts; * Rapidly resolve any technical issues occurring during live streams; * Assist backstage production to ensure dynamic and organized broadcasts; * Maintain studio equipment organization and proper functionality. **Requirements** * Experience with OBS Studio or other live streaming software. * Basic knowledge of audio, video, and lighting. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Agility in decision-making during live broadcasts. * Preferred: Experience with TikTok Shop, podcasts, or live studios. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with TikTok Shop, sales live streams, or live commerce. * Experience in podcast or streaming studios. * Knowledge of vMix, Wirecast, or Streamlabs. * Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. * Basic photography and framing knowledge. * Experience operating professional lighting equipment. **Additional Information** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (with 1-hour break) * Employment type**:** PJ or CLT * Work model: On-site * Location: Pagani \- Palhoça/SC * Fixed remuneration depending on experience
