We also value resilience, partnership, organization, planning capability, empathy, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a healthy, cooperative environment, while maintaining ethical and respectful conduct. **Scope of Work:** Hospital Linen **Operational Management** * Monitor disposal, tracking weights and completing disposal spreadsheets * Monitor sewing productivity * Manage hospital linen inventory * Monitor and close physical and system-based inventories * Analyze and place replenishment orders * Monitor and manage team attendance and vacation schedules * Monitor machine maintenance * Ensure sewing quality * Manage procurement and sewing accessories * Track cage quantities within the sewing department (hospital linen) * Monitor order receipt * Conduct monthly plant inventory and record evasions once per month **Analysis and Indicators** * Track disposals (analyze disposed tags and verify averages) * Analyze and dispatch hospital linen documents * Monitor dispatched documents * Analyze systems (Laundry and BI) * Update parameters when necessary * Manage evasion billing and update related spreadsheets * Monitor and manage customer and plant exchanges **Projects and Processes** * Monitor implementation processes (Clic, registrations, orders, document receipt and dispatch) * Migration or deletion of W * Monitor and control contract or CNPJ transfers **Qualifications** Advanced Excel proficiency is considered a plus Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Administration, or related fields Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Transportation provided by the company * Postgraduate studies / MBA * Parking * Meal Voucher * Dental Care * On-site Restaurant * Commuter Pass
