Management of production scheduling and control of information flow Description: We seek candidates who possess: * A completed bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields; * Experience in PCP; * Knowledge of the company's systems (ERP, Sapiens, etc.); * Familiarity with Kanban and Lean manufacturing. Responsibilities: * Comprehensive understanding of PCP integrated with production, procurement, and sales; * Coordinate PCP scheduling; * Lead the PCP team; * Ensure on-time delivery according to the schedule agreed upon with the sales department, by monitoring the information flow from raw material procurement through to production; * Coordinate relationships with production, sales, and other members of the supply chain; * Schedule production of equipment via production orders; * Generate procurement, production, and shipping reports for raw materials; * Monitor the order backlog spreadsheet using the system; * Oversee equipment shipment; * Plan, arrange, and monitor technical support spare parts; * Analyze material inventory levels to ensure fulfillment of customer delivery dates within requested timeframes; * Address discrepancies between scheduled and actual production; * Analyze the company's production planning, scheduling, and control methods, proposing improvements; * Monitor KPIs related to equipment produced, delivered, products in stock, and other departmental metrics; * Actively participate in programs improving products, processes, services, and the environment; * Actively participate in programs improving management and quality systems; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow procedures in accordance with the current production system; * Perform other related duties within the scope of responsibility, as required by the company. 2512110202491859752
