The PRE-PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROJECT aims to promote professional training for adolescents, focusing on their protected entry into the labor market, in accordance with the principles of comprehensive protection and the right to professionalization. The initiative provides theoretical and practical training, integrating technical and socioemotional content, organized into three modules: Youth and the World of Work, Administrative Practices, and Digital Inclusion. The training totals 90 hours, distributed across 30 sessions, with psychosocial support and follow-up for participants. The project will be implemented at the CIEE in FLORIANÓPOLIS. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** This professional will be responsible for: a) supporting families and adolescents, b) assisting them in developing their professional life plans, c) referring them to municipal socioassistential networks in implementation areas, d) mediating with partner companies to open new apprenticeship positions, e) referring and monitoring apprentices participating in the project. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed degree in Social Work; * Active registration with the Regional Council of Social Work (CRESS); * Knowledge of and experience working with youth, initial labor market integration, and social projects. * Personal laptop required. The contract will be executed as a service provision agreement, with payment processed via RPA (Individual Service Provider Invoice). The contract duration is 6 months, starting from March/2026\. **Additional Information** Work location is on-site at the CIEE/SC headquarters in Florianópolis. Working hours: 30 hours per week (6 hours per day, Monday through Friday). Compensation: R$ 3\.800,00 per month. Contract period: 6 months.
