Interpret project documents and manage material logistics Description: What we expect from you: Prerequisites: Literate Experience: At construction sites Desired Knowledge and Skills: Professional commitment, teamwork, ethics and responsibility, project interpretation, knowledge of construction systems, basic planning and logistics understanding, dedication to quality and workplace safety as well as environmental preservation, people management, trustworthiness with the technical department. Knowledge of masonry, reinforcement, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, finishing, and site layout. What awaits you daily: * Verify service execution, monitor quality, and supervise safety; * Assist in managing the construction schedule; * Read and interpret masonry, formwork, and reinforcement drawings; * Coordinate in-house and/or subcontracted labor teams; * Delegate, control, and receive services performed by in-house and/or subcontracted labor teams; * Analyze the entire project construction together with the Site Supervisor; * Guide proper setup of the construction site to improve workplace organization; * Collaborate with the technical team to assess required materials and submit requisitions to the warehouse; * Instruct department staff on correct task performance and monitor its execution; * Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations; * Ensure teams under your supervision properly use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Prevent material waste; * Keep superiors informed about project progress; * Perform site layout. 2512060202191828564
