Diversity is fundamental to our daily operations; therefore, we do not discriminate based on gender, disability, sexual orientation, race/ethnicity, origin, age, or appearance. * **️ What will your day-to-day look like?** * Monitor and execute general financial routines, such as bank statement imports, reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and balance control. * Schedule, verify, and execute payments (suppliers, reimbursements, payroll taxes, taxes, etc.). * Support the preparation and updating of cash flow forecasts, including variance analysis and projections. * Ensure compliance with internal payment deadlines and policies. * Serve as the liaison between internal departments and suppliers for financial matters and resolution of pending issues. * Support accounting closings and audit activities. * Lead process and system automation initiatives. * Organize treasury data management using dashboards and KPIs. * Actively manage corporate debts, due dates, payments, and guarantees. **What we’re looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Solid experience in accounts payable. * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel. * ERP knowledge (NetSuite preferred). **It would be great if you have experience or knowledge in:** * CNAB and multi-bank payments * Taxes (ISS, IRRF, INSS, etc.) * Google Sheets and Google tools * Power BI (or other BI tools) * Artificial Intelligence * Intercompany reconciliations * Automated process management * Audits * **Contract with a monthly workload of 200 hours, i.e., 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.** Meal/Voucher Allowance of R$35.00 per working day (Ifood Benefits card).
