Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the maintenance, safety, and functionality of temples and buildings by preparing and applying paint on surfaces. Key Highlights: 1. Work to provide comfort and well-being to visitors **Description:** The objective of our Maintenance department within the institution is to provide all members and visitors with access to safe, comfortable, and functional temples and buildings. Responsibilities Inspect the work to be performed, observing measurements, positioning, and the condition of surfaces to be painted, determining procedures and materials to be used. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, brushing, and removing old paint or damaged areas using scrapers, sandpaper, solvents, and air jets to eliminate residues, as well as retouching flaws and seams to correct defects and facilitate paint adhesion. Prepare painting materials by mixing paints, pigments, oil, diluents, and drying agents in appropriate proportions to achieve the specified color and quality. Paint surfaces by applying one or multiple coats of paint using rollers, brushes, or spray guns. Perform other duties relevant to the position. Requirements High school or elementary education. Relevant work experience required. Professional training or certification in the field is desirable. NR35 certification (updated) is mandatory. Willingness to travel within the state.
