Here, you can chart your path to the future!** Responsibilities and Duties * Open maintenance tickets; * Monitor revenue (hourly / monthly / new customer acquisition / partnership agreements); * Monitor regional activity—competitors and generating hubs; * Customer service; * Customer support center (SAC) service; * Claims handling (Sinistro); * Develop work schedules; * Verify cash register balances; * Inspect equipment and infrastructure; * Inspect parking lot areas; * Manage maneuvering, lot, and cashier teams; * Complete revenue spreadsheets; * Conduct flow / occupancy / idle time analysis; * Perform operational checklists; * Manage office supplies / receipt rolls / cleaning materials; * Manage petty cash fund; * Prepare financial reports (daily cash closing); * Handle delinquency cases for monthly and partnership clients; * Process timesheets; * Address client/contractor requests; * Train maneuvering, lot, and cashier teams.
