Job Summary: International Procurement Analyst responsible for researching, selecting, and negotiating with global suppliers, managing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance. Key Highlights: 1. 360-degree view of international procurement, from sourcing to final destination. 2. Strategic negotiation of terms and conditions with global suppliers. 3. Cross-departmental collaboration for integrated operations. **Responsibilities:** * Supplier research and selection: The international procurement analyst must identify and evaluate suppliers across different countries, considering factors such as quality, price, delivery timelines, production capacity, and reliability. * Understand business needs and seek optimal alternatives aligned with the customer; * Maintain a 360-degree view of the international procurement process—from sourcing through cargo shipment—as well as tracking performance at the final destination and in the market alongside the customer; * Monitor supplier production throughout the procurement process; * Negotiations: The international procurement analyst negotiates payment terms, lead times, quality standards, pricing, and warranties. * Monitoring and compliance: Track supplier adherence to contractual terms, ensuring products or services meet established quality expectations and standards. * Ensure images and videos verifying new product quality, and jointly assess with customer and supplier the feasibility and necessity of samples; * Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, logistics, and other teams to ensure an integrated approach to international procurement operations. * Follow-up on timelines and processes with customers; * Arrange, monitor, and approve pre-shipment quality inspections; * Ensure adherence to scheduled readiness and shipment dates; * Document corrections: PO, PI, CI, PL, BL; * Submit final documentation to customers and trade partners. * Request foreign exchange closing and manage financial controls—including balances and portfolio oversight—for assigned customers/suppliers; * Maintain all internal company controls related to international procurement—especially spreadsheets and internal systems—pertaining to product/customer portfolios. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields; * Minimum one year of proven experience in the field; * Advanced English proficiency. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 17:30 **Salary:** To be negotiated **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: BRL 1,000.00; * Transportation allowance; * Amil health insurance plan; * Uniodonto dental plan; * São João pharmacy discount program; * Birthday party; * Birthday gift voucher: BRL 200.00 at Cajú; * Banked hours; * Investment in training and development; * Partnerships with universities, high schools, and language schools; Wellhub; Conexa (online therapy) *
