Role Mission: Manage, analyze, and control the company's financial information to ensure data reliability, cash flow predictability, monitoring of economic\-financial performance (Income Statement and budget), accounting and tax compliance, and analytical support for strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities and Duties: \- Manage and monitor cash flow, performing analyses of inflows, outflows, balances, and financial forecasts; \- Develop short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts, identifying risks, variances, and opportunities; \- Analyze the company's economic\-financial performance using the Income Statement, supporting departments in results management; \- Monitor and control the budget, evaluating variances between planned and actual results and proposing corrective actions; \- Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support decision-making; \- Perform financial and accounting reconciliations, supporting monthly closing and ensuring information reliability; \- Validate trial balances and verify taxes in coordination with the accounting department; \- Implement and monitor financial KPIs, contributing to data-driven management evolution; \- Support the development of dashboards and BI tools, ensuring data consistency and integration; \- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, internal controls, and financial governance; \- Support relationships with banks and financial partners by providing information and participating in analyses and negotiations. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel); * Prior experience in finance, specifically in cash flow management, Income Statements, and budgeting; * Knowledge of financial and accounting reconciliations; * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Proactive profile with a strong sense of responsibility and systemic vision. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar); * Experience in designing financial processes and implementing controls; * Experience in analyzing financial KPIs; * Knowledge of tax legislation and collaboration with accounting teams; * Prior experience in growing companies or more dynamic environments; * Experience in financial planning and cash flow forecasting. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Transportation Voucher * Unimed Health Plan * Uniodonto Dental Plan * TotalPass (gyms) * Career and Compensation Plan * Life Insurance * Sesc Membership * Educational Subsidy **Work Location:** ---------------------- Sertão do Maruim \- São José/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday: 08:00 \| 12:00 \| 13:30 \| 18:00
