We are seeking a **COMMUNICATION ANALYST**, for one of our core businesses — a network uniting Brazil’s top stores, offering strong growth and expansion potential, and representing the ultimate expression of our Brand. **Responsibilities and duties** * Planning and publishing content across social media profiles managed by Portobello Group, including Portobello Shop, Portobello S.A., Archtrends, and Flagship Portobello Shop. * Planning and executing influencer and content marketing strategies for the aforementioned social media profiles, suggesting potential partner profiles (aligned with funnel stages). * Aligning deliverables, timelines, and supporting direct negotiations and contract validation with partners’ agencies. * Developing briefs/scripts for content production and overseeing execution — managing assigned vendors through final content approval. * Planning and executing special content coverage initiatives. * Analyzing performance metrics to monitor content plans and identify opportunities for strategic updates. * Operational support for social media, customer service (SAC), and internal communications. * Participating in developing and executing paid media strategies for the area, including creative briefing. **Requirements and qualifications** * Degree in Journalism / Social Communication or related fields, plus knowledge and/or specialization in Digital Marketing; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Minimum two years’ experience producing content for retail/consumer and/or lifestyle accounts, with proven ability to execute campaigns, commercial actions, and marketing strategies; * In-depth knowledge of content formats suited to major social media platforms — including Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok, among others; * Critical thinking, broad cultural awareness, and sharp editorial vision; * Knowledge of digital marketing; * Experience managing marketing budgets and controlling marketing investments; * Strong writing skills and mastery of the Portuguese language; * Intermediate English; * Proactive, agile profile with ownership mindset; * Video editing skills are a plus. **Additional information** **What we offer Portobello Lovers:** * Life insurance; * Medical and dental assistance; * Meal allowance; * Gympass; * Profit Sharing Program; * Pharmacy reimbursement; * Discount network — partnerships with various institutions; * Discount on Portobello products; * Vacation bonus; * Assistance for dependents with disabilities (PCD); * Portobello Shop Academy — an online platform offering content and training; * Birthday day off; We look forward to your application to become **\#portobellolover** *All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities.* We are **Portobello Shop**, the retail brand of Portobello Group.
