We are seeking a **Production Assistant – Biotechnology** to operate hands-on in daily production, inventory, and shipping routines, ensuring organization, technical control, and strict adherence to processes.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Receiving and Inspection: Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and products, ensuring traceability and organization.
* Kit Assembly: Prepare, assemble, label, and organize molecular diagnostic kits and products.
* Inventory Control: Manage batches, expiration dates, traceability, and perform periodic stock counts.
* Storage Monitoring: Monitor freezer, refrigerator, and ambient temperatures daily.
* Shipping: Pick, organize, and prepare orders for dispatch.
* System Updates: Record inventory and production movements in ERP systems.
* Compliance with SOPs: Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures.
* Laboratory Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of workbenches and sensitive equipment (e.g., pipettes, laminar flow hoods, etc.).
**Technical Requirements**
* Education: Technical degree in Biotechnology, Clinical Analysis, Chemistry, or Biomedicine; or completed or near-completion undergraduate degree in related fields;
* Experience in laboratory environments (production or research);
* Basic handling of reagents and pipette use;
* Familiarity with technical inventory control and cold chain management;
* Basic knowledge of molecular diagnostics (preferred);
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
