Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing materials, managing inventories, and organizing the warehouse. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in logistics and materials administration **Job Mission:** Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials (parts) **Main Responsibilities:** · Receive and inspect goods, and enter invoices into the system; · Sort materials for return and forward documentation for required procedures; \* Fulfill material (parts) requests by selecting and delivering them; · Record incoming and outgoing movements and control inventory levels; · Organize material storage to preserve physical integrity and usability according to each material’s characteristics, while facilitating location and handling; **Experience: Preferred** Administrative experience, experience in materials logistics and/or inventory management. COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION. **Technical Knowledge – Required:** · Microsoft Office Suite – basic level **Technical Knowledge – Preferred:** \* Basic mathematics; \* Inventory control; \* Occupational safety fundamentals; \* Training on NR-11 – Transport, handling, storage, and movement of materials. · Maintain inventory records through appropriate documentation, logging receipts and withdrawals to facilitate material replenishment; · Assist in conducting inventories by comparing physical counts with system records in the warehouse management system, identifying discrepancies and reporting them to the immediate supervisor; · Prepare quotations and contract freight carriers; · Sort materials, package, and dispatch; · Request freight carrier pickup of materials/volumes; · Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing cleaning tasks and ensuring materials are stored in their designated locations to uphold warehouse organization; · Work in compliance with technical and quality standards and procedures, as well as those related to safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection; · Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity associated with this position.
