Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning and controlling production, issuing production orders, managing purchasing requirements, and supporting improvements in manufacturing processes. Industrial environment focused on technology **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan production; * Issue production orders; * Generate and verify purchasing requirements; * Request separation of production orders; * Monitor material receipt and shortages on the production line; * Enter production performance indicator data; * Support improvement of manufacturing processes and documentation; * Other related duties. **Minimum Qualification:** Technical course, technologist degree, or bachelor's degree in Production Management, Production Engineering, Administration, Automation, Logistics, or Process Engineering. **Minimum Experience:** 1 year in production/PCP area. **Desired Knowledge:** * Knowledge of production planning and control; * Knowledge or experience in warehouse management and/or Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, procurement logistics, and receiving processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, and internet research. * Affinity with industrial and/or technology environments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in manufacturing and technology environments. * Experience with ERP systems. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary + benefits with no payroll deductions: VT or Fuel Allowance (BRL 15.00 per day), Meal Allowance (BRL 30.00 per day) * Opportunity for personal and professional development; * Opportunity to supply innovative products for brands such as Volvo, Whirlpool, Tramontina, among others; * Uniodonto dental plan, life insurance, pharmacy discount program. * Acate Association partnership * On-site lunch facility * Rest room * Unlimited coffee/tea Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: BRL 3,300.00 – BRL 4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed higher education (preferred) Experience: * Production programming and control (mandatory) * ERP system (mandatory) * Industrial production processes (mandatory) Work Location: On-site
