Be part of a team that values people TPC Logística seeks an Operational Leader to lead and supervise operational teams and services, as well as guide them in activities including receiving, warehousing, order picking, inventory control, stocktaking, order processing, verification, shipping, and product distribution — all while meeting customer demand; monitor operational progress using performance indicators. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the team in carrying out their tasks and lead them accordingly; Manage the use of equipment employed in daily operations; Interact with the client’s supervisor/support staff; Act as the company’s legal representative at the client’s facility, fully representing TPC under the contractual agreement; Ensure compliance; Control processes; Monitor team performance; Ensure quality control; Participate in and oversee stock inventories; Anticipate challenges and seek ways to improve performance and safety during task execution; Develop plans and reports; Arrange equipment maintenance when necessary; Enforce departmental rules and procedures; Conduct DDSSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) activities and training sessions; Comply with all routines, procedures, and health, safety, and environmental (SSMA) standards applicable to the process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma completed; **Additional Information** * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Dental plan; * Medical plan.
