Resolve unforeseen issues and ensure practical operational execution **Position: Operational Logistics Analyst** Internal and external operations | Support for events and field operations Multiban is seeking an organized, dynamic, operationally oriented professional to work in the logistics area, with a focus on fleet control and monitoring of external operations and events. If you enjoy a fast-paced routine, solving unforeseen issues, and seeing operations happen in practice, this position is for you. **Main Responsibilities** **Logistics and Fleet** * Monitor vehicle checklists, accidents, and legal compliance, reporting deviations. * Participate in scheduling preventive and corrective fleet maintenance. * Create and adjust delivery, pickup, and maintenance routes to reduce time and costs for events. * Use route planning and trip monitoring tools. * Ensure adherence to schedules, service standards, and processes. * Act swiftly to resolve operational problems. * Monitor correct execution of event installation and maintenance services. * Identify opportunities for logistics improvement and efficiency. * Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports. * Maintain clear communication with internal departments, clients, drivers, and assistants. * Attend operational meetings when necessary. * Convey service requests clearly and concisely. **External Operations and Events** * Monitor logistics operations at events and external assignments * Ensure materials, equipment, and structures arrive as planned * Support loading and unloading organization * Serve as the liaison between field teams and administrative departments * Resolve operational issues on-site * Verify access points, structure positioning, and logistical requirements **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred) * Experience in logistics and fleet control * Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance * Experience in route planning * Proficiency in Excel or control systems * Driver's license category B * Availability for travel and for monitoring events and external operations * **Availability for travel when required (including weekends)** **Benefits** * Meal allowance (R$35 per working day) with no deductions; attendance/meal bonus (R$165 monthly), transportation allowance or fuel assistance/attendance bonus (R$205 monthly), life insurance.
