




Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst specialized in management information systems to collect, process, and transform data into strategic insights, supporting business decisions. Focus on data protection and compliance (LGPD) We are looking for a **Data Analyst specialized in management information systems** **to strengthen our team and support strategic business decisions** through high-quality data analysis. You will be the professional responsible for collecting, processing, and transforming data into strategic information that supports decision-making across our companies. **Responsibilities:** * **Procurement Management:** Conduct quotations, negotiate prices and delivery timelines, and procure materials according to approvals and project phases; * **Process Control:** Monitor delivery deadlines, manage discrepancies, handle order cancellations and modifications, and manage return processes; * **Fiscal Compliance:** Verify alignment between XML files and Purchase Orders, implement necessary adjustments, and issue daily movement reports; * **Supplier Relationship Management:** Develop new commercial partners, follow up on pending items (exchanges, invoices, taxes), and ensure use of approved materials; * **Logistics Management:** Responsible for negotiating and managing company freight services; * **Standardization:** Organize departmental files and maintain updated flowcharts and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * **Data Protection:** Safeguard confidentiality of corporate information and personal data of partners, in compliance with the **LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018)**. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Solid experience in the Supply Chain/Procurement sector; * Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to develop new suppliers; * Technical knowledge of fiscal document verification (XML and Purchase Orders); * Proficiency in logistics processes and freight negotiation; * Analytical capability to track *savings* (cost reductions achieved) and performance indicators; * Focus on process organization and maintenance of flowcharts/SOPs; * Strict commitment to ethics and protection of sensitive data. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience supporting multiple companies within the same economic group; * Proficiency in ERP systems for procurement management; * Advanced knowledge of taxation applicable to procurement and freight. **Work Modality: 100% On-site** **Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)** Compensation: R$2.000,00 – R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Does the candidate have experience in technical procurement (machines, equipment, etc.)?
